Payment

We accept payment via online banking, Paypal and WesternUnion as our preferred methods of payment. Payment in full must be received in one of the abovementioned forms prior to your purchase being delivered. 

Cash On Delivery customers are requested to submit a 30% non-refundable deposit prior to meeting up. Payments and deposits are non-refundable, unless The Lizard's Lounge is unable to provide the promised animal. We will not issue refunds because of 'change of mind' by the buyers etc.

We also offer payment plans for longstanding customers who have gained our trust over the years.

Shipping

The Lizard's Lounge ships exclusively with GD Express. We will ship anywhere within Malaysia. Our shipping days cannot be fixed, due to the nature of the day job of the owner of this site. We will however, do our best to accomodate to our customers needs. We practice the best communication around when dealing with our customers.

Sorry, but at the current moment, we accept international orders only for dry goods. For the dry goods, we are capable of shipping worldwide with a solid 5 year experience and plenty of satisfied customers.

Guarantee

The Lizard's Lounge guarantees that all animals are healthy and feeding well at the time they are shipped. All animals offered and featured on this website are honestly represented. We make it a priority as well as a personal strength to uphold ethics when trading.

We cover for carrier errors. Live arrival is guaranteed, assuming the parcel is received and signed for on the first delivery attempt. In the rare event of DOA, the customer shall contact us with a digitized picture of the animal within the first 24 hours of delivery. We will work out a replacement plan during these instances. If all else fails, a 70% cash refund will be offered.

Conditions

We expect all buyers to be at least 18 years of age and know what you're committing to. The Lizard's Lounge shall not be held responsible for bites/stings/any other personal injuries/loss resulting from actions lacking intellectual acuity on your side. We reserve the right to deny a sale at our discretion.

Trades

The Lizard's Lounge accepts trades on the basis that the trade offered has to appeal to us. We will only complete a trade when the animal you are offering has been received, inspected & approved. We never ship first.
